Funimation’s 25th anniversary
Role: Lead writer, Copy team director
Challenge:
For the launch and continued rollout of this branding effort, every part of Funimation needed representation under a unified message. The direction was to celebrate the fans, but we still had to sell products.
Execution:
Our mission statement captured Funimation’s past, present, and future. With that, I created a messaging guide that aligned the PR and social teams. We created a landing page and my writers maintained the project voice in a video, email, and social posts.
Result:
The launch received a wonderfully warm welcome from fans and set a successful precedent for future branding projects.
